Cancellations must be made exclusively by email to the following address: info@berlinappetit.de

In case of cancellation of orders already placed, we will charge the following proportions of the order amount as a cancellation fee:

• Up to 14 working days before the agreed delivery date: 25% of the order amount

• Up to 7 working days before the agreed delivery date: 50% of the order amount

• Up to 3 working days before the agreed delivery date: 75% of the order amount

• Less than 3 working days before the delivery date: 100% of the order amount
